| Individual One-on-One Follow-up Meeting with each Manager after a training sessionTraining is most effective when participants have some time to reflect on and practice what they have learned, followed by an opportunity for one-on-one coaching to address additional questions, thoughts and concerns. This follow up coaching session provides participants a time to confirm that they understand the concepts they have learned and how to apply them. This helps to build confidence, rewards progress and encourages individuals to continue developing and adding to their knowledge and skills. This time will be used to review what participants have accomplished to date, and ensure they are on the right track. |
