Stacey is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 20 years experience.  Driven by a passion for watching companies grow by engaging people to their full potential, she is expertly skilled in working with all levels of an organization.  Her specialty is increasing the effectiveness of an organization’s overall performance by working with their most valuable assets, the people.

 

As a transformational leader, she has created strategies, processes, management initiatives, metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and incentive plans to successfully increase annual revenue per employee, lower turnover, stream-line corporate performance, increase employee satisfaction, reduce expense ratios and increase profit margins that result in the bottom line.  She has been a part of numerous successful entrepreneurial companies including recipients of the Deloitte & Touché’s, PriceWaterhouse Coopers’ and Triangle Business Journal’s Fast 50 awards.  Stacey’s leadership at firms such as Geomagic, Arsenal Digital Solutions (IBM), LIPsinc, and Engineous Software (Dassault) has led to the hiring and placement of the right people in the right positions, thus creating an environment that fosters productivity and execution of business objectives.  She believes hiring is the most important decision any business will make to see a return on investment.  She utilizes a unique interviewing style by getting the real story that discovers skills, behaviors and values in order to succeed. Stacey increases productivity through her experience, education and natural abilities she achieves her company’s philosophy: “People make it happen”.  She believes that fostering a positive attitude with the right people will build a company culture focused on achievement and will take a company to their fullest potential.  With her experience she continues to speak at many events regarding human resources and leadership topics.

 

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from NCWC where she graduated Cum Laude.  Stacey is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioral Coaching Institute, certified from Georgetown University as an Executive Leadership Coach and is certified as a Leadership Coach and Practitioner with Tilt360.  Stacey is a member of the International Coach Federation and International Coaching Council.  She is certified to implement and train Myers Briggs, DiSC, Enneagram, various 360’s along with Manager and Leader training programs that she has used to enhance company cultures and individuals with her work.  Stacey’s had leadership and facilitating experiences with companies such as Merrill Leadership, Grinnell Leadership, Bell Leadership and TTEC organizations.  She is certified in Human Resources Management and Global Human Resources from Duke University and has experience with philosophies like “The Great Game of Business” and “Rockefeller Management” that can be used in her work.

Stacey is one of the most outgoing, loyal and dedicated individuals who’ve I’ve enjoyed working with in my career.  As head of Human Resources she was all about the people at Arsenal Digital while keeping in mind the corporate principles of our company.  Stacey knew that having the right people on board was key to a successful company and she made it her mission to learn the best way to enable us to fulfill this strategy. Stacey Mangum changed my life!
